Jewelry Refunds

Jewelry items purchased from Italian Gang are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging included.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, tampering, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Hats – Final Sale

All hat purchases are final sale.

Italian Gang does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on hats for any reason, including sizing concerns, fit preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Italian Gang.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Returned items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Italian Gang is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
