Italian Gang Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from Italian Gang. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing time refers to the period during which your order is prepared for shipment and does not include transit time.

  • Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Issues

Italian Gang is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and vary based on location, order size, and selected service level.

  • Standard Shipping
    Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier operations.

  • Expedited Shipping
    Expedited services reduce transit time once shipped but do not bypass processing time unless explicitly stated at checkout. Delivery on weekends or holidays is not guaranteed.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as Pre-Order will include an estimated ship window in the product description. These dates are projections and may change due to production or supply factors.

  • Pre-order items ship once inventory becomes available.

  • If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise specified.

  • Expedited shipping applies only after the pre-order item has been released and shipped.

International Shipping

Italian Gang ships to select international destinations, which are shown during checkout.

International Delivery Information

  • Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal systems, or external delays.

  • All international orders are considered final sale.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Italian Gang does not control or predict customs fees. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for details prior to ordering.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement at all stages of transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and order details. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.
